2. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

Our patterns are generated and delivered instantly upon purchase. Once the files are generated and delivered to you, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. You have immediate access to the full product.
2.2 Preview Before Purchase
We provide a comprehensive preview of your pattern before you complete your purchase, including:
- Visual preview of the generated pattern
- Complete list of DMC colors that will be used
- Exact stitch count and dimensions
- Estimated finished size
- Complexity rating
- Detailed pricing breakdown
This preview gives you full transparency about what you are purchasing before any payment is made.
2.3 Custom Nature of Products
Each pattern is custom-generated based on your specific uploaded image and selected parameters. The pattern is unique to your request and has no resale value to us or other customers.
3. Scenarios Where Refunds Are NOT Granted
We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
3.1 Customer Satisfaction Issues
- You are not satisfied with how the image was converted to a pattern
- The pattern is more or less detailed than you expected
- You don't like the color choices selected by our algorithm
- The finished pattern size doesn't meet your expectations
- You find the pattern too complex or too simple for your skill level
3.2 Technical Issues on Customer's End
- You cannot open the PDF or PNG files (we provide standard formats compatible with most devices)
- You lose access to your downloaded files
- Your printer has issues printing the pattern
- Color variations between your screen and actual DMC threads
- Issues with your image editing software
3.3 Purchase Decisions
- You changed your mind after purchase
- You accidentally purchased the wrong pattern
- You purchased multiple times for the same image
- You didn't read the dimensions or color count before purchasing
- You found a similar service elsewhere
3.4 Misunderstandings
- You misunderstood what the service provides
- You expected features not advertised on our website
- You didn't realize this was a digital product
- Language barriers or translation issues
3.5 External Factors
- You no longer need the pattern
- Your project was canceled
- You don't have time to complete the project
- Financial difficulties

5. Exceptions
The only circumstance where we may consider a resolution is:
5.1 Technical Failure on Our End
If there is a confirmed technical failure on our servers that results in:
- You being charged but not receiving any pattern files
- The pattern generation failing completely (not producing any output)
In such cases, we will first attempt to regenerate your pattern. Only if technical issues persist may we consider a refund at our sole discretion.
Note: "I don't like how the pattern looks" is not a technical failure. Technical failures refer only to complete system errors preventing delivery.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
6.1 Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us is a violation of our Terms of Service. We will:
- Provide evidence of the completed service to dispute the chargeback
- Terminate your account immediately
- Block you from using our service in the future
6.2 Dispute Resolution

7. Your Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase on StitchPattern (operated by AIGroup LTD), you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

- You understand you are purchasing a custom digital product
- You accept that all sales are final
- You waive any right to a refund, chargeback, or credit
